On production configuration page, make it super clear which branch we're on

This could be a banner, etc.; going to need to do some tricky JS stuff to make this fully work.

Came up in conversation with SEs.

Solution is going to be putting the branch in the "Status" menu item name. There's code that tries to do this but doesn't.
