Errors in workspace view when filename includes spaces

If an uncommitted file has a space in the filename, there are a couple errors in the workspace view of the web UI.

• the filename displays wrapped in quotation marks
• diffs fail to render with this error in the console log: Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [data-filename=""ptd/pbarton_NewProduction/Stgs-item 2140C.xml""]
