Breakpoints disabled when using [3.0.3]

After installing vscode-objectscript [3.0.3], debugging stopped working for me.

More specifically, debugger runs the code, but all breakpoints gets disabled just after start, either by using some launch.json entry or the 'debug' link for a ClassMethod.

The same configuration / instance / code works fine with [3.0.2].

Running vscode version 1.100.3
Windows 11 OS Build 26100.4349
and IRIS for Windows (x86-64) 2024.1.1 (Build 347U) Thu Jul 18 2024 17:35:51 EDT

@theanor This has already been reported and fixed. The latest beta contains the fix.
