Im already 27, from time to time I get same message, but at least Im able to connect to the servers so I did not go down further.

@Patresko Can you turn on the objectscript.outputRESTTraffic setting and check the exact REST requests and responses?

This is log from latest version, I had to close all active tabs to be even able to connect to the server but after while I was disconnected

Thanks for that. Most of that looks ok to me, but I am seeing some ERR_CANCELED errors when making request GET http://10.0.1.103:52773/api/atelier/. This was added by #1440. It means that your web server is taking a really long time to fulfill the request.

I see that on that particularly server I have to wait quiet long from time to time to be able compile class or save changes. Not sure why, because when Im access programs during this sending request they are working as expected so server is responding and is not stuck or not responding but in VSCode Im waiting more then 1-2 minutes.

If this issue is only happening with one server, and that server is only acting slowly when responding to web requests, then I think this is an issue with the web server or web gateway configuration. It could also be a licensing issue.

I guess only web requests to the API which are used by VS Code are going to slow. Becase website where are all our internal programs are responding quick as usually (IRIS background, html + javascript + AJAX), only VS code requests in my case are getting some delay from time to time.

How can I check if this is licensing issue?

Licensing and web session information is in the management portal. There's probably a terminal based way to get that info but I don't know it off the top of my head.

@Patresko I usually go to the License Usage page if I suspect a license problem, but I'm not sure if that's the cause of your issue. I am pretty sure that VS Code is not the cause though since the request is taking so long that VS Code is aborting it.

Not sure how the licensing works but I would expect if you deprecated studio, then VS Code will have top priority for using license. We'are just two developers for that server.

Yes, that page. You have a core based license so I don't think this is a licensing issue. Unfortunately I don't think I can provide any more help. This doesn't appear to be a VS Code issue. If it keeps happening you can try calling the WRC and seeing if they can help figure out why these requests are taking more than five seconds to complete. The request that is timed is a GET that should be close to instantaneous.
