Work cycle noted this as pre-existing on PR #4689 (--grep '#4673' 1 passed; full spec 4 passed 1 failed). Cycle verify ran the full spec on the integration tip and reproduced the #3703 empty GUID.

Acceptance

• npx playwright test tests/explorer-translations.spec.js (or npm run test:surface -- --path tests/explorer-translations.spec.js) exits 0 on H2 QA after qa-health OK.
• GUID-shaped content row present (or test skips/fixtures without empty-string assert).

Not a qa task.
