Slice goal

XSL migration cookbook + short optional Rhino JS extension note (non-assembly), for operators leaving legacy XSL assemblers.

In scope

  1. Cookbook: inventory XSL usage surfaces, migration steps toward HTML-first / Velocity / modern assemblers per ADR-002
  2. Explicit support statement (what remains supported in 8.2)
  3. Optional Rhino note: non-assembly extensions only; not a new assembler
  4. Link from Phase 5 implementer guide when present

Out of scope

  • Removing XSL runtime support in this PR
  • Mass content conversion automation

Acceptance

  • Cookbook + Rhino note committed
  • Cross-linked from Phase 5 / task README
  • Docs-only
