Summary
Ensure folder ACL editor is fully reachable from product Explorer with real user identities and complete folder properties (community, locale, display format, workflow) parity with DCE panels.
Scope
- Shell integration polish for
FolderSecurityPanel - Wire current user identities for lockout detection
- Folder properties beyond ACL where REST/path APIs exist
Acceptance
- ADMIN user can edit folder ACL from Explorer shell
- Vitest + Playwright (us4-acl extended)
