Summary

Wire multi-select list semantics and ClipboardPanel into the product Explorer shell (DCE clipboard parity).

Scope

  • Multi-select in DetailList
  • Cut/copy/paste via existing clipboard APIs
  • Playwright surface for multi-item paste

Acceptance

  • Multi-select + clipboard usable on /cm/app/explorer
  • Vitest + Playwright green

    Implementation complete: multi-select + clipboard landed in PR #2522 (merged). Gap matrix on parent #2400 refreshed to Present via PR #2590. Closing this slice.
