[8.2] QA: redeploy development to C:\Installs\8.2-july-29 for Playwright #1692

Summary

QA install used for Playwright is behind development. Many merged P0 catalogs and the explorer encodePath fix (#1680) are not live on disk, so Playwright correctly fails.

Evidence

• Explorer SPA requests /pathmanagement/path/folder// → 400 (encodePath fix fix(webui): explorer folder tree 400 from double-slash path encoding #1680 not deployed)
• Catalog REST: slots, keywords, locales, searches, views, extensions/catalog, cecontrols, serverconfigs, relationshiptypes → 500
• Developer SPA shells mount but catalogs empty/broken

Acceptance

• Redeploy current development to C:\Installs\8.2-july-29 (at least WebUI + rest + sitemanage / full CMS as usual)
• Confirm GET …/path/folder/ from SPA uses single slash (no folder//)
• Re-run:

  cd modules/perc-qa-automation/frontend
  npx playwright test tests/bugs/bug-1622-explorer-root-folders.spec.js tests/developer-catalog-smoke.spec.js
  

• File/confirm remaining product bugs after redeploy (do not close this until re-run recorded)
