Rewrite the repository README in the same structure as the modernized percussioncms README: product positioning, status table, commercial support, badges, and clearer build/install guidance — adapted for this dedicated Java 8 LTS repo (main branch, JDK 1.8, cross-link to the Java 21 / 8.2 tree). > Co-Authored by Grok Build 1.0.3 using grok-4.5 with agent main.
