Login gets lost after a link is opened in a different tab

Actual Behavior
After clicking a link that is opened in a different tab the user seems to be logged out. - The page is not longer valid.

Expected Behavior
The page should stay unchanged after opening a link in a new tab.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• login and add some products to the cart
• start checkout
• on payment page click the terms&conditions link below the cart summary.

the link is opened in a new tab, the user is logged in (ok)

• switch to the first tab

the page shows the login dialog ??
