This looks fine. Yarn/NPM are both handling dependency resolution. The upgrade to CircleCI is also executing. What I would say is there is still quite a few deprecated packages. This might need a few more passes. |

Why?
This repo's packages are a little old. This pr aims to update the packages that are used here to be more inline with modern updates of the packages
