It is not necessary to mangle Swift code, but the existing logic does not exclude Swift symbols. This PR excludes these Swift symbols from the mangling so that Swift and Objective-C and live safely side by side, with just the Objective-C code being mangled.
Put this together while paring with @bboyle18 this morning.
