feat: find automatic path for CODEOWNERS file #69
Description
Each git provider has a different way to support the CODEOWNERS file:

- https://support.atlassian.com/bitbucket-cloud/docs/set-up-and-use-code-owners/
We should detect automatically the codeowners file location and update it.
