[bug] expiration date picker reduces hour by 2 on every click

When using the expiration date and opening the date picker, selecting the right time is quite hard.

Every click/touch on the calendar or time change buttons decreases the hour by two. The "real" action is applied as well. So when changing the day, the time is also decreased by two hours. When I click the "decrease hour" arrow button, the hour is decreased by 3, when clicking "increase hour", the hour is decreased by 1 (instead of adding 1).

I have the issue on all my tested devices/browsers

• Chrome on Windows 11
• Chrome 135 on Android 15

Saw that this was from last month, I have the same issue on a docker install.
