Add Location to managed assets and permissions

Some customers wants to manage user access permissions based on 'Location' property assigned to application components so both clients and storages. It could be achieved with clever Departments configuration but it is not as clean as required.
So, the enhancement is to add a 'Location' property to Client and Storage and extend user access permissions for this property if assigned to user.
