alloc_pinned_host_memory and group_async_copy intel/llvm-test-suite tests failing with L0 on Windows

Describe the bug
The Basic/alloc_pinned_host_memory.cpp and Basic/group_async_copy.cpp tests from the intel/llvm-test-suite repo are seen failing for L0 on Windows in intel/llvm verification runs. See for example #7391 and #7077.

Output:

error: command failed with exit status: 0xc0000409

Environment:

• OS: Windows
• Backend: Level-zero
