The test builds separate objects with -fsycl-allow-device-image-dependencies
-ftarget-export-symbols and AOT (-fsycl-targets=spir64_gen), then links
them together. This passes under the old offload driver but fails under
the new offload driver, suggesting -ftarget-export-symbols / device image
dependency symbol resolution isn't wired up correctly for AOT images in
the new offload driver path.

(BMG, Arc A-Series, PVC) with:
The test builds separate objects with -fsycl-allow-device-image-dependencies
-ftarget-export-symbols and AOT (-fsycl-targets=spir64_gen), then links
them together. This passes under the old offload driver but fails under
the new offload driver, suggesting -ftarget-export-symbols / device image
dependency symbol resolution isn't wired up correctly for AOT images in
the new offload driver path.
