DeviceLib/string_test.cpp failing on CUDA in nightly #20338

Describe the bug
DeviceLib/string_test.cpp is failing in the nightly on CUDA. The env there is different, we use an AWS machine which has a different CUDA version and I think a different GPU, probably that's related to the problem.
