pt_insn_core_bus_ratio succeeds even if no cbr packet is present

Hello,

Function pt_insn_core_bus_ratio returns 0 instead of pte_no_cbr even if no cbr packet has been decoded.
The cbr value is set to 0.
I suspect this was introduced in commit 8b90e05, the issue is not present in v2.1.2.

Thanks for reporting this. Looks like this was originally dropped in ed9222c and later inherited by the insn decoder.
