1- procmon.py now has all BW metrics normalized to MB/sec
2- dockmon.py now saves application signatures in Pandas CSV format
3- NN_detect.py now loads reference signatures form Pandas CSV format (as generated by dockermon.py)
4- NN_detect.py now monitors all running applications (containers or processes)
5- Added Documentation folder including:
A) User guide
B) Testing and validation
6- README has "Units" section for all monitored metrics
