The issue is related to #93 Intel PODM 2.3 connect PSME Compute Agent Simulator but PSQLException: ERROR: operator does not exist,

in the configuration -
When Intel PSME REST Server 2.3 and PSME Compute Agent Simulator 2.3 startup,
but PSME REST Server has error message - No certificate was found
