perf: Argument list too long #463

On some systems perfspect metrics fails with error -- perf: Argument list too long.

The problem is that the number of events and/or groups passed into perf exceeds perf's capabilities. The events grow to a very large list when there are a large number of uncore devices, typically CHA devices.
