Closes #693

Reworked Editors auto update process as according to the following:

  • Available updates are now displayed in a notification bar at the top. (Similiarly to the runtime errors and the firmware update process)
  • The available update should be accepted before downloading and installing
  • The steps are equivalent to the previous steps
