Given the content of the file, it seems that this would likely fall under knowledge, this will require a reference to a trusted source like Wikipedia or the like. Here is an example of what (as of Apr 8th) we expect those types of PRs to look like. #659

@jjasghar why do you close this PR? And since when it Wikipedia a trusted source? It is not a primary source.
