This PR adds an option under
Displayto specify the display's refresh rate. It does not support setting completely arbitrary refresh rates (as creating custom resolutions on the fly can be...problematic), only those reported byxrandr.To support this, the PR also adds two functions:
confirm: display a message ($2) to the user and prompt them to press 'OK', exiting with code 1 after$1seconds if the user doesn't respondtimeout: backend function forconfirm
