[Feature Request]: .pick_ui_posixct

Feature description

Create a .pick_ui for POSIXct variable. This module should create a datetime-range input, based on possible choices <POSIXct(2)> and selected <POSIXct(2)>

Please make sure that workflow for POSIXct variables is correct:

• specifying variables(selected = <datetime variable>), values(choices = c(<min datetime>, <max datetime>))
• will result in creating interactive datetime-range-input
• selected values in input will trigger necessary filter call
