[Feature Request]: .pick_ui_date

Feature description

Create a .pick_ui for date variable. This module should create a date-range input, based on possible choices <Date(2)> and selected <Date(2)>

Please make sure that workflow for Date variables is correct:

• specifying variables(selected = <date variable>), values(choices = c(<min date>, <max date>))
• will result in creating interactive daterange-input
• selected values in input will trigger necessary filter call
