[Docs] Update the function doc titles to use the same format that we use in tmc

[tmc function references](https://insightsengineering.github.io/teal.modules.clinical/latest-tag/reference/index.html) follows this format for the function titles:

```r
teal Module: xxxxx xxxxx xxxx
```

It would be nice to follow the same format in tmg as well.
