Mandatory Tasks

• cleanup doc directory from IOG specific elements (will be done in Enhance documentation #98)
• align LICENSE with rest of eco-system (Apache License 2.0 same as Cardano Node)
• improve UI/UX of documentation site #245
• Refine README files
• More cleanup of documentation #191
• Review/Comment/Improve Blog Post
• Implement latest tag on Docker images
• Design SPO registration form and provide link
• Get legal sign off on website
• Add missing comments in repository code for Rust (add #![warn(missing_docs)] in lib.rs and main.rs files)
• Get sign-off from mgmt for public visibility of the repository
• Add CONTRIBUTING.md
• Add branch protection rules before merging a PR with Required Approval (see)
