Why

The Cloud location for the digests artifacts of the Incremental Cardano DB have the same name for different snapshots.
The consequence is that the file is not correctly updated and this prevents successful restoration of the Cardano database.

What

Fix the naming of the Cloud storage digests location in the artifacts of the Incremental Cardano DB.

How

• Use a unique name for the digest (same as for the ancillary location)
• Add the cardano-database/digests folder to the cloud storage lifecycle rule in the infra (see)
