Run nightly `Aggregator Stress Test` and `Client Multi Platform` workflows

## Why
We want to run the `Aggregator Stress Test` and `Client Multi Platform` workflows of the CI once a day with the other nightly tests.

## What
Add the  `Aggregator Stress Test` and `Client Multi Platform` runs in the `Nightly Dispatcher` workflow.

## How
