Following the spec need to add into the DOCUMENT_RULES map a related validation rules according to the this document type.

Description

• Add corresponding const static variable to the rust/signed_doc/src/doc_types/mod.rs
• Define a function category_parameters() -> Rules according to the spec and use this function by adding validation rules into the DOCUMENT_RULES map
• Add corresponding integration tests
