Description

Choose browser version in flutter setup

Description of Changes

Provide possibility to set up specific browser version (should be downloaded via GH Action into AWS S3 before build this target). Change default chrome setup from chrome-for-testing to chrome. Set default chrome version to 132.0.6834.83
