Feature description

This is not a patch request, but a description of the feature that will be introduce in the next release.

Google began flagging some videos as altered or synthesized content a few months ago.

More information can be found on YouTube's blog.

Videos marked by the creator as altered or synthesized content will have How this content was made added to the description panel.

How_this_content_was_made

The patch to hide this has not been implemented yet, so add a setting to hide this to the Description components patch.

Additional context

The proper title for the setting is Hide 'How this content was made' section, but if the title for the setting is too long, it will be displayed as ... in the setting.

To prevent this, change the title of the settings to Hide Contents section.

Motivation

add support for recently added components
