Check ignored dependencies

plugin that we depend on aren't compatible with eslint 9.x yet so we ignored that dependency from the future updates, but we need to keep track on the status of the "import" library. It's also good moment to go through all of the ignored dependencies, because there is a chance that we can unblock some of them.
