Calling `launchd.plist.write(self.label, self.plist)` without `~/Library/LaunchAgents` raises FileNotFound

When calling launchd.plist.write(self.label, self.plist) I would expect it to create the required folder at the right location for the user when the folder doesn'T exists. Otherwise, calling the unction raise a FileNotFoundError.
