  • publications code should not be bundled on the client
  • endpoint code on the client should not contain run if simulate exists

I believe ATM the first point should be true. Pretty sure the second one is not. The second point may be true since 2aac9cf. Needs investigation. Waiting for meteor/meteor#11164.
