chore(linters): Bump golangci-lint to v1.56.1

• golangci-lint bumped to v1.56.1
• addressing numerous findings caused by updates in several linters:
  • revive.unused-parameter - now includes anonymous functions
  • revive.var-naming - Ids in names should be changed to IDs
  • testifylint.expected-actual - false positive no longer exists
