Use Case

This will help users to get started with ingesting telegraf data to MS Fabric Eventstream and Eventhouse.

Expected behavior

Users will define the MS fabric's conf with required sink type (i.e. eventhouse, eventstream) and the endpoint url, and can get telegraf data ingested to the stores
