Turtwig split name broken in 6.0.5

The split names were changed in 6.0.5 and turtwig was changed from ["Turt", "wig"] to ["Tur", "wig"], so its now missing the t. either it should go back to ["Turt", "wig"] or should be changed to ["Tur", "twig"]
