Actual behavior

When selecting a single knowledge base in the Retrieval section of the agent, data can be found. However, if multiple knowledge bases are selected, no data can be found or irrelevant data is retrieved, even if the selected knowledge bases are empty.

After upgrading to version v0.17.1-slim, the data retrieved by the retrieval module in the agent is empty.

The latest code version still has this issue.
When I select only a few knowledge bases, I can successfully query the correct information, just like being able to find the chunk with a similarity of 72 that I want.

However, when I add a certain knowledge base, the same input can only match a chunk with a maximum similarity of 47, which clearly does not return the chunk I need.It seems that after I added this new knowledge base, the Retrieval process skipped some knowledge bases during the search.

After my tests, adding multiple knowledge bases in the chat assistant does not cause such errors, but adding multiple knowledge bases in the agent's Retrieval may result in this situation.
