[Bug]: 使用vllm模型商+deepseek32b 出现中英文混杂，已排除知识库文档，vllm和大模型的问题，应该是ragflow的问题，已经设置了提示词还是存在问题，如何让ragflow回答的问题是全中文的，单独测试vllm是没问题的

RAGFlow did not do any language translations. Beside tuning the prompt, switch to another LLM.
