Hello, how can I set the default language to Chinese? Currently, new users have to manually change it after logging in. Is there a place where this can be configured?

v0.17.0 slim 版本中，前端页面默认是跟随浏览器首选语言设置的。

我猜在这附近，可以修改这个行为，但是修改之后需要重新构建镜像或者自己在容器中修改代码重新生成前端项目。
