I'm not sure. but it seems to be relevant. after a single apostrophe error arises. from then on. The Infinity server was crashing constantly. so after fixing the error of the flash, I will check again, if it is a cause I will close the issue again

The problem started when the Extract method light feature was updated. I tried deleting the entire data set to start all over again. But at some point in the analysis, it continues to happen. It is known that the dissected analysis file has a large number of extracted entities of more than 300 entities. It's possible that it will appear with documents with large volumes of data
