[TASK] Remove the Task goes Idle feature

Summary

This is often confusing, I think when the task goes idle we should not stop polling. If the current behavior is that when the task goes idle the agent stops listening for results to come back we should improve it.

Acceptance Criteria

• It's clear why when a task goes idle the agent stops listening for more results to come back
• It's verified what's happening when task goes idle (is it stopping to poll ?)
• If applicable - configurations are removed
• if applicable - documentations are updated

Successfully analyzed and removed the confusing "Task goes Idle" feature as requested.

Completed Tasks:

• Investigate codebase for "idle" related functionality
• Understand current behavior when tasks go idle
• Remove idle configuration from config.go
• Remove idle functionality from a2a_task.go
• Update CONFIG.md documentation
• Update default config.yaml
• Remove idle UI handling
• Run tests and linting
• Commit changes and create PR

What Was Removed:

Root Problem: When tasks went "idle", agents stopped polling for results, even though the actual task might still be running on the remote agent. This created confusion as tasks appeared "delegated" with a checkmark but were no longer being monitored.

Removed Components:

1. idle_timeout_sec configuration - No longer stops polling after timeout
2. immediate_idle polling strategy - No longer goes idle immediately after submission
3. Max poll interval idle trigger - Tasks continue polling even at max intervals
4. WentIdle status - Removed from result struct and UI handling
5. Idle-related methods - handleImmediateIdle(), checkIdleConditions()

Improved Behavior:

Before: Tasks would go "idle" and stop polling after 60 seconds or when reaching max poll intervals, causing agents to stop listening for results.

After: Tasks now continue polling indefinitely until they reach a true terminal state:

• ✅ completed - Task finished successfully
• ❌ failed - Task encountered an error
• ⏳ input_required - Task needs user input

This ensures agents never stop listening for results while tasks are still running, eliminating the confusion.

Files Modified:

• /internal/services/tools/a2a_task.go - Core idle functionality removed
• /config/config.go - Configuration structure updated
• /cmd/root.go - Default config removal
• /CONFIG.md & /.infer/config.yaml - Documentation updated
• /internal/ui/components/tool_call_renderer.go - UI idle handling removed
• Test files updated

All tests pass ✅
