Font baseline is in the wrong place in Indesign #4

I love the font but it's not behaving properly in Indesign: all the text is sitting below where it ought to be.

In the attached file, the LH page is how things should look (Gill Sans Nova/Cheltenham), and the RH page is in Cooper (Semibold/Regular). The yellow boxes indicate where the text frames are - as you can see there's about 10pts of white space above the Cooper text, which shouldn't be there.

I can fix this with Indesign's baseline shift settings if needed but presumably something's wrong in the font settings somewhere?
