GitHub can wrap long squash-commit trailers across physical lines. The provenance parser previously read only the labelled line, so the 27-source
Upstream-PRtrailer from #370 was rejected and reconciliation continued to show already-landed sources such as#5769as pending. This updates trailer parsing to consume comma-continued lines for both pull-request and commit provenance while stopping at complete trailers. The regression coverage includes GitHub-wrapped PR and commit values and verifies that unrelated numeric lines are not treated as provenance.
