Add script direction auto-detection

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Since we no longer have the script direction button in the action bar on the annotation page, users may miss the ability to switch between RTL/LTR.

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be a fourth option for the script direction in the project settings which is to auto-detect the script direction. This should be the default.
