Description

• add semantic HTML skeleton with header, main container, and links to CSS/JS so the DOM is ready for dynamic rendering
• implement full styling (reset, gradient header, responsive grid, recipe cards, hover lift, and difficulty badges)
• add eight recipe objects plus logging; render cards with template literals and map/innerHTML on load
